What If You Could See 2026 Before It Happens?
What If You Could See Your Future Before It Happens?
Think about that for a second.
What if you could actually picture your next season — not just the deals you’ll close or the milestones you’ll hit, but the kind of life you’ll live while doing it?

Most of us spend our days reacting. We respond to clients, deadlines, and whatever the market throws at us. But real growth doesn’t come from reaction. It comes from vision.
We grow exponentially more when we decide what matters most before the noise hits.
This isn’t about dream boards that gather dust or lofty goals that sound good in January. It’s about seeing your future in a clear, intentional way that connects your goals, habits, and daily actions to the life you actually want.
Because you can’t hit a target you can’t see.
The Heart of Vision
Years ago, I took a class called BOLD. One of the exercises asked us to write down where we saw ourselves in one year, five years, and ten years.
I didn’t hold back. I described everything! I defined the home I’d live in, the kind of work I’d do, the people around me, even the vacations I wanted to take. I wrote it all out, as if it had already happened.
Then I went to work. I worked toward those goals one decision, one season, one imperfect day at a time.
Here’s the wild part: when I pulled out that same paper more than a decade later, nearly everything had come to pass. The business. The home. Even the car I once only imagined.
That’s the power of writing down your future before it happens.
That’s the power of vision.
“Vision is the starting point of all high performance.
You create things twice — first mentally, then physically.”
— Brian Moran & Michael Lennington, The 12 Week Year
Why Vision Matters
In a world of noise and notifications, focus has become a competitive edge. Vision gives you that edge by trading distraction for direction.
When you can see your goals — every day — you start to align your thoughts, habits, and actions toward them almost automatically.
Vision isn’t just about what you want to achieve; it’s about who you’re becoming in the process. Whether your goal is to grow your business, launch a new project, spend more time with family, or simply feel more grounded, clarity will always be the starting point.
“Behind every impossible achievement is a dreamer of impossible dreams.”
— Robert K. Greenleaf, quoted in The 12 Week Year
The Secret to Making Your Goals Actually Happen
Have you ever made a vision board and then it seems outdated by the middle of the year? I certainly have. You make a vision board, get inspired, and promise this will be the year everything changes.
Then life gets loud with deals, deadlines, distractions. Suddenly, those dreams are sitting in the “later” pile.
But what if later isn’t the problem?
What if the way we set goals is?
The 4 Steps to Turn Vision Into Action
Building a Life of Intentional Growth
Whether you’re an agent, an entrepreneur, or simply someone chasing personal growth, your success will always rise to the level of your clarity.
Write your goals down.
Visualize them daily.
Work them in focused, 12-week chapters.
And remember — greatness isn’t achieved when the results arrive. It’s built in the quiet, consistent moments when you decide to keep going.
“Greatness is not achieved when your results are reached. You become great long before your results show it.”
— The 12 Week Year Field Guide
Every season is a new beginning. Every week is a chance to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
You don’t need another year to start.
You just need today — and a clear picture of where you’re headed.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
— Mary Oliver
